 July 11 న ప్రపంచ జనాభా దినోత్సవంగా జరుపుకుంటాం మనం. 1987వ సంవత్సరంలో 5th billion baby జన్మించినప్పుడు ప్రపంచం మొత్తం డిసైడ్ చేసుకొని, ఐక్యరాజ్యసమితి ద్వారా జులై 11వ తేదీని మనము ప్రపంచ జనాభా దినోత్సవంగా జరుపుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించుకోవడం జరిగింది.

 తద్వారా ప్రతి సంవత్సరం జూలై 11 న ప్రపంచంలో ఉన్న అన్ని దేశాలు, అన్ని ప్రభుత్వాలు, రాష్ట్రాలలో ఉండే ప్రభుత్వాలు, అలాగే స్థానిక సంస్థలు ఇవన్నీ కూడా జనాభా విస్ఫోటనం వలన జరిగే నష్టం గురించి అవగాహన కల్పించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తుంది. ఎందుకు అంటే జనాభా పెరిగే కొద్దీ వనరుల మీద ఒత్తిడి పడుతుంది. వనరులు అనేవి ఎప్పుడైతే తగ్గిపోతాయో మానవాళికి తీరని నష్టం జరుగుతుంది. కాబట్టి ఈ Population Growth Rate ఏదైతే ఉందో దానిని నివారించాలి. అలా నివారించాలి అని నిర్ణయం తీసుకొని ప్రపంచ దేశాలు అన్నీ కూడా ఆ విధంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లడం మొదలుపెట్టింది.

కాబట్టి ప్రస్తుతం మనకు ప్రపంచం మొత్తం చూసిన కూడా

1. ఈ Total Fertility Rate అనేది కంట్రోల్లోకి వచ్చింది

2.  అలాగే Population growth rate అనేది కూడా కంట్రోల్లోకి వచ్చింది
