  సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు సంబంధించిన ఒక ముఖ్యమైన అంశాన్ని తెలుసుకుందాం. కొన్నిసార్లు మనం పేపర్లో చూస్తూ ఉంటాము. కేసులను ఒక రాష్ట్రము నుంచి మరొక రాష్ట్రానికి బదలాయించడం జరుగుతుంది. అంటే ఏ రాష్ట్రంలో ఏదైతే ఆ కేసుకు సంబంధించిన విచారణ జరుగుతుందో, ఏ రాష్ట్రంలో అయితే ఆ కేసుకు సంబంధించిన పరిధి అనేది ఉంటుందో.. ఆ రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంపార్షియల్ గా విచారణ జరగకపోతే.. ఆ రాష్ట్రం నుంచి ఆ కేసును వేరే రాష్ట్రానికి బదిలీ చేయవచ్చును. అలా బదలాయించే అధికారం ఎవరికి ఉంది అని పరీక్షలలో అడిగినప్పుడు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వమా? రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమా? సుప్రీంకోర్ట్ నా? అంటే సమాధానం వచ్చేసి సుప్రీంకోర్టు. వెరీ వెరీ ఇంపార్టెంట్.

 అందుకనే చూడండి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ఒక హై ప్రొఫైల్ కేస్. దానికి సంబంధించి ఆ విచారణలో జాప్యం జరుగుతుంది అని చెప్పేసి సుప్రీంకోర్టు సిబిఐ అధికారుల మీద తన కోపాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేయడం జరిగింది. ఇక పిటిషనర్స్ కూడా ఆ కేసును వేరే రాష్ట్రానికి బదిలీ చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది అని రిక్వెస్ట్ చేయడం వలన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రం నుంచి ఆ కేసును తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి గాని, ఢిల్లీకి గాని ఈ రెండింటిలో ఏదో ఒక ప్లేసును మీరు చూసుకోవచ్చు అని సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఒక ఛాయిస్ ఇవ్వడం అంటూ జరిగింది.

 దాని ప్రకారంగా ఆ హై ప్రొఫైల్ కేస్ – అనగా వైయస్ వివేకానంద రెడ్డి కేసు ఏదైతే ఉందో.. ఆ కేసును ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ నుంచి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి గాని, లేదా ఢిల్లీకి గానీ బదలాయించడం జరుగుతుంది. అలా బదలాయించే అధికారం ఎవరికి ఉన్నది అంటే? సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు మాత్రమే!! ఇంపార్టెంట్ పాయింట్. దయచేసి జ్ఞాపకం పెట్టుకోండి.

Now let us know an important point related to the Supreme Court. Sometimes we look at the paper. Cases are transferred from one state to another. That is, in which state the investigation of the case will be conducted and in which state the scope of the case will be.. If the investigation is not conducted impartially in that state.. the case can be transferred from that state to another state. When asked in the exams who has the authority to transfer like that, is it the central government? State Govt? The Supreme Court? That is, the Supreme Court is the answer. Very very important.

 So look at the current high profile case in Andhra Pradesh. In this regard, the Supreme Court has expressed its anger on the CBI officials saying that there will be delay in the investigation. And since the petitioners also requested that it would be better if the case was transferred to another state, the Supreme Court gave a choice saying that you can take care of the case from Andhra Pradesh state to Telangana state or Delhi.

According to that, the high profile case - i.e. YS Vivekananda Reddy's case will be transferred either from Andhra Pradesh to Telangana state or to Delhi. Who has the power to change that? Only to the Supreme Court!! Important point. Please remember.
